- Rentals are final. No refunds on rental commitments. 
- New rentals MUST be finalized onsite, to complete form 1583 (application for Delivery of Mail through Agency) and to receive your keys.
- On termination, rental keys for the box and onsite access, must be promptly return. 
- Copying of keys is strictly prohibited.
